RENO, NV (PNAN) – Beginning at 10:00 am to 1:30 pm, on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at the Nevada Museum of Art will be a symposium about the life and legacy of Adaline Kent (1900-1957).

This first retrospective exhibition, “Adaline Kent: The Click of Authenticity” explores one of midcentury America’s most innovative artists to occur in nearly sixty years.  The forum will feature approximately 90 works that span Kent’s entire career and chart major thematic developments in the artist’s work as it progressed from figuration to abstraction, including her love for the outdoors and her connection to the region.
