As a Columbus area resident, business owner (The Wind Kinetics Institute, Inc. www.windkinetics.com) and artist, Mullins’ intent is to create graceful form upon an elegant mechanical design. The studies of form and design combine to produce the interesting dynamics of kinetic art.
