BRIEF ABOUT: Call for Entries for the Kingston Sculpture Biennial. The theme, “Texture of Place” is open to interpretation with the intention of creating a dialog between the artists and the community.
The Biennial will run July thru October 2013 which aims to create a concentrated installation of artworks along the Lower Broadway median and the Rondout Waterfront Walkway in Kingston.
