MILWAUKEE, WI (AAPNW) – For 2023-24, the Milwaukee Public Library are recruiting schools for the AmeriCorps Program which helps young people develop a love of reading, increase information literacy skills, and establish relationships that bridge the gap between in- and out-of-school learning.
If you work with students between fourth and tenth grade, are interested in increasing Informational Literacy of your students, and are open to hosting an AmeriCorps member, contact us at mplamericorps@milwaukee.gov
