Fall events of local art, artisans and talent

CASSVILLE, MO (AAPNW) – As the foliage begins to change across the Ozarks, Cassville is gearing up for a vibrant autumn season. The town’s fall 2026 calendar offers a diverse mix of open-air artisan markets, curated vintage festivals, scratch-made culinary pop-ups, and live theatrical performances. Whether you are a dedicated collector, a lover of homemade treats, or a supporter of local student talent, Cassville’s upcoming community events highlight the very best of regional creativity.

The autumn festivities begin with a culinary celebration of local baking talent. The monthly Baker’s Exchange at Harvick Farms returns for its fall run on Saturday mornings: September 19, October 17, and November 21, 2026. Running from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, this highly anticipated community market provides a dedicated venue for regional bakers. Visitors can expect an array of small-batch, completely scratch-made artisan breads, seasonal pastries, and unique baked goods. It is the perfect place to sample the sweet and savory flavors of the Ozarks while supporting small-scale culinary entrepreneurs.

The first weekend of October marks the peak of Cassville’s fall shopping experience, with two major artisan and vintage events running concurrently. First, the Cassville Harvest Hop & Antiques Unearthed takes over the scenic Shadow Bluffs Retreat and RV Park on Friday and Saturday, October 2–3, 2026. Open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, this autumn festival centers around a meticulously curated antique sale hosted by Hamm’s Mercantile. Beyond the vintage hunting, attendees can enjoy complimentary snacks, relax outdoors, and participate in lively yard games, making it a true day-out experience for families and collectors alike.

Simultaneously, on Saturday, October 3, 2026, craft enthusiasts can head over to Zone 4 Mini Golf and More for the Fall Flea Market & Craft Series Finale. Serving as the final outdoor market of the 2026 season, this grand finale gathers regional crafters, handmakers, and collectors under one roof. It stands as a prime opportunity to secure early, one-of-a-kind holiday gifts and direct-from-the-maker home decor.

Rounding out the autumn season, Cassville shifts its spotlight from visual and culinary arts to the performing arts. The community will gather at the Cassville Schools Performing Arts Center for three nights of live entertainment as local students present “The Show.” Scheduled for October 22, 24, and 25, 2026, this major performing arts production puts the immense dedication, musical ability, and theatrical talent of Cassville’s youth on full display. It serves as a fitting grand finale to a season defined by community spirit and local artistry.
