Enjoy the yums of labor

MADISON, IN (AAPNW) – On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, from 5:30-8:00 pm, Jordan Gardner will guide participants through the prep and design of their own charcuterie board in “The Art of the Charcuterie” in how she exactly creates menu offerings for the Creperie.

“Charcuterie” refers to the preparation of cured meats, like prosciutto, bacon, or salami, but in general when people say charcuterie, they are usually referring to a fun, fancy and colorful board that, besides cured meats, typically includes a variety of cheeses, crackers, nuts, fruits and vegetables, and dipping sauces or spreads.

Participants will be able to enjoy the fruits of their labor, to be held in the Madison Auditorium. Registration required by calling 812.265.2744 or stop in the Madison Library at 420 West Main St.
