Big works to grace museum’s walls

RICHMOND, IN (NWPR) – Opening on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the Richmond Art Museum will be an exhibition, “Love Letters to Self: A Life Well Drawn of drawings, lenticular prints, holograms, and digital media by Constance Edwards Scopelitis in the Paul and Pat Lingle Gallery.

     “My focus is on the display of my Monumental Drawings. These drawings are executed in a photo-realistic style, with my primary subject encountering issues of socio-political topics, cultural phenomena, and human psychology,” says artist Scopelitis. “Specifically, I have dealt with the occurrence of blame and fault, finger-pointing, and stagnation in meaningful policy reforms.”

Note: Closing on Saturday, January 7, 2023, “124th Annual Exhibition by Indiana and Ohio Artists” is the oldest juried show in Indiana.
