Young’uns to perform

     (NWPR-IN) – Under the ‘wand’ of Margaret Hammond, the ivories will speak on Tuesday, December 21 at 4:00 pm as Piano students present their semester-end recital at Southside Elementary School in Hartford. The students performing are part of Art Place’s Blackford County MusicWorks program, which meets weekly.

     Those who have participated in the fall curriculum are: Regan Boughman, Chloe Christman, Kennedy Dickey, Andrew Dudelston, Hannah Elliott, Georgia Hanauer, Shelby Harrison, Kendall Hess, Angelia Lopez, Gavin Moorman, Becca Parsons, Audrey Perry, Kameron Reagon, Brayden Smith, Tommie Stiles and Gavin Wolfgang.

     MusicWorks is one of the oldest comprehensive music education programs in East Central Indiana.  Highly trained professional musicians instruct lessons in band instruments, strings, piano, voice and guitar.
